A successful real estate investor, entrepreneur, and self-made man. Born in Bogota, Colombia, Juan first came to the United States as an exchange student, and he has been investing in real estate since the age of 20 and bought his first apartment building at the young age of 25.
With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, he specializes in the acquisition and positioning of realty and development throughout the United States. Juan’s resourceful nature makes him readily adaptable to sudden market changes coupled with his proven track record in sales. Juan is equipped with an extensive background and expertise in real estate development, land development, property management and distressed property solutions, acquisition and dispositions.
Additionally, Juan has developed tremendous skills in creating, meaningful value-added approach, and is exceptionally detailed on due diligence processes and procedures. His dedication, hard work, and determination to succeed, Juan regularly produces double-digit profitability improvements in business, while maintaining customer satisfaction and providing quality service in the process.

MBA Graduate in Business Management graduated at the top of her class. Also, Six Sigma and Business Analyst certified. Amber has extensive experience in evaluating business processes and developing strategic solutions and plan of action. Coupled with her experience as a marketing consultant, where she analyzed client’s websites and business conditions. To accurately develop insightful recommendations to improve, online reputation, build brand awareness, content and optimization elements.

Christopher holds a Bachelor’s in business with a concentration in Project Management. Additionally, he served in the Military both in US and abroad as a
a dedicated Marine Corps Combat Veteran, where he gained extensive experience in operations and logistics. In his role, as Director of Operations he manages operations through communication and reporting. Furthermore, he is knowledgeable in property management processes and oversees current rental assets while streamlining processes in order to maximize efficiency and minimize error rate. Christopher is skilled in technology and software implementation; his strengths coincide with his extensive capabilities using digital technology and accounting software. All in all, he can take complex processes and strip them down to simple systems that produce.
